The Green Quarter

David Phillips were tasked with creating a unique view unit to showcase our incentive offering at The Green Quarter. Working with Berkeley Homes to keep the customer at the forefront of our mind, we created a scheme that is both aspirational and accessible to all of their customers as the main products used can be included within the purchasers’ incentive voucher; creating an element of attainable luxury.

This Modern 2 bed apartment at The Green Quarter takes inspiration from its scenic surroundings and a reflection of its heritage. The apartment is designed to provide a cohesive yet timeless interior using some select, statement pieces.

Within the scheme the use of rich warm earthy tones, such as Terracotta, and a mixture of natural textures such as Walnut and Oak has been emphasised. Alongside this, the use of complementary colours and finishes provide a contemporary and unique feel within each room.

Bold wall decoration in the living area adds a sense of character and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Painted feature walls within the bedrooms provides a calming environment, with the use of additional graphic artwork to add depth and create a harmonious look.

Overall, this contemporary show apartment uses a mixture of bold and eye-catching colours and stylish furniture combined with playful artwork with bold wall decoration, creating a sophisticated yet liveable space.
