David Phillips embarks on a journey towards obtaining ISO9001 and ISO14001

Today, David Phillips started their journey towards meeting the requirements of ISO 9001, Quality Management System. Our aim is to document, control and measure the business processes in order to help us better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and to continually improve the way we operate as a business.
Richard Beltran, ISO Project Manager says, "Integration of a fully operational quality management system at David Phillips will allow us to improve and develop the products and services we offer which will further enhance the customer experience. We strive to deliver the right product and services on time, the first time; every time and our quality management system will monitor and control the processes to help us achieve this."
In addition, David Phillips is delighted to announce that as part of its on-going commitment to improvement and development in all areas of the business that we're also working towards ISO14001.
We all recognise that we must continue to manage the environmental impact of our business and ISO14001 supports the David Phillips Group in being able to operate responsibly by addressing the delicate balance between maintaining profitability and reducing our environmental impact.
Both ISO14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System are part of David Phillips commitment to long-term stability and success and these accreditations will allow us to further widen our competitive capabilities by offering our customers a more sustainable and cost-efficient solutions.
