Our online accounts are designed to be as easy to use and feature-filled as possible. Our new website enables you to perform a number of new actions and have far greater control over the work we do together - including managing old orders, saving multiple addresses, and paying credit invoices online.

We've listened to your feedback and designed our service to be as streamlined as possible - and importantly completely hassle free.

Review your order history

A highly requested feature - you now have the ability to review your past order history online. This only applies to orders placed on our website, but from now any orders you make are saved into your personal dashboard to be reviewed later. If you're a property manager or work for an agency with multiple accounts you can also review the order history of your agents - we'll get to this in a moment.

Re-order from old baskets

Not only can you review your order history, you can easily add the same items to your basket from this view to place repeat orders. If you're managing property or own a tenanted property you'll be able to quickly order the replenishment items you need. If you're updating a large portfolio at the same time this feature will make your life an awful lot easier - removing the need to re-navigate the store or pick up the phone.

Receive new product updates

Trying to order an item but it's out of stock? We try our best to keep plenty of stock ready for dispatch but sometimes we're unable to meet every demand straight away. This new feature ensures that you are updated the moment we receive more stock, letting you quickly place your order without having to repeatedly check back online.

Manage multiple delivery addresses

If you work for an agency or have a portfolio of multiple properties you are now able to save more than one delivery address - simply register your addresses to your account and you'll be able to select from the list when using the checkout. This feature also works with our new agent accounts, allowing agencies to better distribute the properties they manage to their agents.

Access personalised features

We've built customised portal pages for some of our customers, and we're slowly working to roll these features to our wider customer base. The goal is to make managing your account as easy as possible, with tailored functions ready and waiting for you as soon as you log in. Currently these features are by invitation only, but they are due to be rolled out globally soon.

Manage multiple agent accounts

If you represent a managing or estate agency you can now keep track of all of the purchases your agents make from one place - including invoice and order history checking, order deletion, and order approval. If you have a budget you're also able to set limitations on orders and unit prices, and manage users with the ability to review other users' orders.

Pay credit bills online

Credit account holders can now pay their invoices online at the end of each month, as opposed to over the phone or by email. If you're a credit account holder we've already set up a David Phillips online account for you with this functionality - you should have received an email already. If you've yet to be given your login details or have misplaced them, get in touch and we'll re-issue you a new password.
