Our packages include everything from bedside tables, to sofas and dining tables at a price to suit your property investment.  We can advise you on how much to spend to ensure you achieve the best possible rent and that the design is in keeping with the property and location.

You simply choose the package or choose a tailor made option and we will deliver the items, assemble and build the furniture and remove all the packaging. 

Our rental furniture packages are a flexible alternative to buying furniture for your property.  We have put together five unique packs designed to meet budget and the practical requirements of rental furniture. As well as renting packages, David Phillips Rental also allows you to rent individual items of each pack so you can generate bespoke quotes for the items you need.

Like our Furniture Packages service, simply place your order and our team will oversee delivery, installation and assembly ensuring the property is finished to perfection.  After our rental period has finished we will arrange to pick up the furniture or you can simply extend the rental period. 

This service is perfect for everyone from developers, estate agents and relocation professionals.  We have the capacity to deliver hundreds of packages, furnishing an entire development or a one off property, each tailored or suit the location and value of the property. 

We work with the largest property developers in the country installing hundreds of packages a month - our fleet of delivery vans travel across the UK delivering and installing furniture.
