The Service
We aim to provide a guide quote within 24 hours of submitting an enquiry, sometimes sooner and we aim to completely furnish a house within 7 days of order confirmation. This includes everything from linen to kitchen packs.
For long-term rentals all furniture will be new or in show home condition.
"Try before you buy policy" - every item is available to purchase at the end of the rental term with a significant discount from the retail price.
You can expect to pay around 10% of market rent for core items of furniture up to 20% if the property requires accessories, kitchen packs, prints etc. For prime properties these percentages reduce.
LETTING AGENTS
We provide Rental furniture to Letting agents who require properties furnished to secure a tenancy.
THE RELOCATION INDUSTRY
We work with some of the largest companies in the UK to relocate their staff and are members of the Association of Relocation Professionals.
