Our award-winning David Phillips Service comprises a team of passionate individuals working across the country to ensure every aspect of sourcing, delivery and installation goes as smoothly as possible.

For in-stock replenishment items ordered before 4pm, our next working day delivery service covers Greater London (within the M25 and selected locations just outside), Greater Manchester, Liverpool and selected locations in the north of England.

Our key-collection service ensures that, rather than simply delivering items to your doorstep, our team can assemble and place items in their desired locations – even if you aren’t at the premises. Simply provide us with the details of the designated key holder and we’ll take care of everything else – we’ll even take away all packaging and rubbish and can remove and dispose of old unwanted items by arrangement.

White glove installation Our white glove installation service is designed to ensure your property is ready for immediate occupation by tenants or yourself as soon as our team close the door. The level of service we provide goes beyond that of standard delivery, with our team hanging pictures and prints, ironing bedlinen and making beds, and performing a final clean and inspection before they leave.
Key collection We know that it’s not always easy to plan around delivery, especially when you have multiple investment properties to maintain. To enable us to better meet your needs, our team will collect the keys on your behalf from a nominated key holder in the local vicinity - a tenant, for example - and complete the installation on your behalf, returning the keys upon completion.
Tracking your delivery A new GPS tracking system for our delivery fleet has enabled us to provide more specific delivery times, giving our customers greater flexibility on the day of delivery. We were the first in the industry to offer three hour timed delivery slots, which have proven to be accurate 98% of the time - and very popular with our customers.
Three years running Our service team have won the award for best customer service at the Landlord and Letting Show for the past three consecutive years - and we’re not planning on relinquishing the title this year.
